We were delighted to be able to invite colleagues, students and other researchers to a Women’s Day panel discussion on March 8. Our theme of the day was:
___

CELEBRATING WOMEN IN ARCHITECTURE – Stories of collaboration, diversity and care.
___

The panel discussion highlighted six stories of women’s contributions to and collaborations in the design disciplines across the 20th century and up until today – in different contexts from Denmark, to Lebanon and Great Britain. We were touched – and quite overwhelmed – to see that 511 people joined the online seminar from around the world! We would like to thank the speakers who joined us from abroad: Nayla M. Al-Akl, Luca Csepely-Knorr, Sonja Dümpelmann, and Lea Lewitan as well as Vera Noldus from the philanthropic association Realdania for her opening statements.
